Pricing: All prices displayed at this site include Australian Goods and Services Tax (Inc GST). If comparison shopping with other retail outlets be sure to check if their prices include GST so that you are comparing like to like. We do your comparison shopping for you and our business model is to have the best prices in Australia.
Payment: We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway with the online shopping cart on our website.
Dispatch: Goods will typically be dispatched the very next working day after payment has cleared. (Paypal payments typically take one to two days to clear.)
Freight: All orders are dispatched by the Australia Post eParcel service, which can track parcels by electronic scan of unique barcodes attached to each order, and it delivers by courier service which require a signature for receipt of each parcel. Undelivered parcels are taken to the local Post Office for collection. A standard postage charge of $7.70 applies to all orders for delivery in Australia.
Where's my parcel?: Please note, letters fly, but eParcels go by truck, so you can expect delivery within one week after payment has been cleared for your order. We do not investigate where parcels are within one week of payment clearing, however after one week if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate and resolve as a priority.
Defective Merchandise: All products sold on this site are made by longstanding reputable companies with contact details for their customer assistance clearly labelled on every product sold. Please contact the relevant manufacturer if you believe you have defective merchandise.
Loss of Property: If you are not at your shipping address to accept delivery of your parcel it automatically goes to your local post office for your collection. In the very unlikely event that an order is lost by the postal service, please note that we do not accept responsibility for the loss. Most credit cards provide an insurance cover for this eventuality, and we suggest that you contact them if this occurs. We will, however, be more than happy to help you with your claim to the credit card issuer, and provide you with any documentation that you require. You can also seek compensation from Australia Post by completing a customer complaint form available at your local post office. Additionally, if you require a replacement, the postage will be free.
Privacy Policy: We recognize that your privacy is very important to you and that you have a right to control your personal information. All the information you provide Priceless Pets is regarded highly confidential. It is used for internal purposes only. We guarantee never to sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding yourself to any third party. You can visit our website without telling us who you are or disclosing any other personal information. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it on online shopping order form or emailed or faxed order. This information is only used for the purpose of delivering goods to you. We do not use or onsell any of the information provided on the 'tell a friend' referall form so you can send this to your family and friends in good faith.
Cookies: We do not download a permanent cookie onto your hard drive to recognize your browser processing payment each time it visits our site or to track which pages you visit whilst at our site. We therefore cannot build up a consumer profile about you to tailor offers or direct marketing material to you. Nor do we onsell any information full stop.
Typing and Publishing: We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. Specifications, features and promotions about products found on this web site are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
