Pricing: All prices displayed at this site include Australian Goods and Services Tax (Inc GST).
Payment: By filling in the fax order form and faxing, or posting your credit card details to us. Instead of faxing, credit card numbers are secure if you scan your order and email the scan to us. We do not store credit card details in a database, neither electronically nor manually, therefore you are required to submit payment details with each order.
Payment for goods may be made by all credit cards or cheque. When making a direct deposit to our bank account (banking details are on the order form summary) please use your surname as a reference so that we can match your deposit to your order form. Payments by cash are not accepted except when shopping in person. Credit Card payments can be made by faxing the order form to us on (07) 3857 3811 or by mailing the form to us at Priceless Pets, 86 Kent Road Wooloowin, Qld 4030. Cheques are to be made payable to Priceless Pets. In the case of payments by cheque, goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared. Australian cheques take 3 business days to clear.
Dispatch: Our aim is to dispatch your order on the same day if we receive the order or your direct deposit by midday (eastern standard time) or the next day if we receive it after then. We send emails to valid addresses usually within 24 hours after receiving your order. If you do not get an email inside two days, check with us, as maybe we did not get your order.
Freight: All orders are dispatched by the Australia Post eParcel service, which can track parcels, delivers by courier service, and requires a signature for receipt of each parcel. Undelivered parcels are taken to the local Post Office for collection. A standard freight charge of $6.50 applies to all orders for delivery in Australia. Please note, letters fly, but eParcels go by truck.
Defective Merchandise: All products sold on this site are made by longstanding reputable companies with contact details for their customer assistance clearly labelled on every product sold. Please contact the relevant manufacturer if you believe you have defective merchandise.
Loss of Property: You will receive confirmation by email when we have sent out your order. If it does not arrive when expected, we urge you to first contact your local Australia Post Office as parcels not able to be signed for you at your nominated postal address automatically go to your local post office for your collection. In the unlikely event that an order is lost by the postal service, please note that we do not accept responsibility for the loss. Most credit cards provide an insurance cover for this eventuality, and we suggest that you contact them if this occurs. We will, however, be more than happy to help you with your claim to the credit card issuer, and provide you with any documentation that you require. You can also seek compensation from Australia Post by completing a customer complaint form available at your local post office. Additionally, if you require a replacement, the postage will be free.

We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. Specifications, features and promotions about products found on this web site are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time.
